Terms of sale

Last updated: October 2026

This English version is provided for convenience; the French version is authoritative.

Scope

These terms apply to sales of professional hygiene and cleaning products by WEDO Distribution Services (tax ID 1845156Z/A/M/000) to business customers, whether the order is placed through a quote, the client portal or a sales representative.

Placing an order implies acceptance of these terms. Specific terms agreed in writing (contract, signed quote) take precedence.

Orders and quotes

An order placed on the client portal creates a quote, which WEDO validates before any invoice is issued. The sale is formed when the quote is validated.

Quote validity: [To complete: e.g. 30 days].

Prices

Prices are in Tunisian dinars (TND) excluding tax. VAT at the applicable rate and stamp duty are added on the invoice. Each customer's negotiated prices are shown in their client area.

Payment

Payment methods and terms: [To complete: accepted methods (transfer, cheque, cash…), terms (e.g. cash, 30 days end of month) and any late-payment penalties].

Delivery

WEDO delivers throughout Tunisia. Lead times given are indicative. Fees and minimum order: [To complete: free-delivery threshold / delivery fees].

The customer checks the goods on receipt and records any reservation (missing or damaged parcel) on the delivery note.

Claims and returns

Any claim regarding non-conformity or a visible defect must be sent to WEDO within [To complete: number of days] of delivery, by e-mail to info@wedodistribution.tn.

Returns require WEDO's prior agreement; products must be unused and in their original packaging. A product found defective or non-conforming is replaced or credited. [To validate: return conditions for conforming products, return costs].

Transfer of risk and ownership

Risk passes to the customer on delivery. [To validate: retention-of-title clause until full payment].

Warranty and liability

Products carry the manufacturers' warranties. Customers use products in line with their technical and safety data sheets, available on request.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Tunisian law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tunis.
